here we are going to use TCPClient to check whether port is open or not.That means if TCPClient connected with the port then port is Opened.Other wise port is closed.
First We will design the Interface.

Being a programmer I do deal with this so many times. And this post is based on creating a port scanner with c# windows forms application. I got this post very relevant.
